Based in McMinnville, OR, Orchard & Vineyard Supply f.k.a. Wilson Orchard & Vineyard Supply (“OVS”) is a leading agricultural solutions provider offering trellis equipment and supplies, irrigation, chemicals and fertilizers to orchard and vineyard growers nationwide. OVS also offers outsourced, turnkey vineyard management services in the Pacific Northwest through its RP division. OVS was formed through Clearview’s initial acquisition of Wilson Orchard & Vineyard Supply (based in Yakima, WA) from a passive owner in 2016, and subsequent merger with Oregon Vineyard Supply, which had been an ESOP, in 2018.

In 2019, the combined companies were rebranded as Orchard & Vineyard Supply or OVS. Management is pursuing an aggressive growth strategy including opening new locations, as well as making add-on acquisitions to expand its market presence and add new capabilities.

The platform transaction closed on December 21, 2016. Along with management, Clearview invested equity from Clearview Capital Fund III, L.P.
