Based in McMinnville, OR, Orchard & Vineyard Supply f.k.a. Wilson Orchard & Vineyard Supply (“OVS”) is a leading agricultural solutions provider offering trellis equipment and supplies, irrigation, chemicals and fertilizers to orchard and vineyard growers nationwide. OVS was formed through Clearview’s initial acquisition of Wilson Orchard & Vineyard Supply (based in Yakima, WA) from a passive owner in 2016, and subsequent merger with Oregon Vineyard Supply, which had been an ESOP, in 2018. In 2019, the combined companies were rebranded as Orchard & Vineyard Supply or OVS.

The platform transaction closed on December 21, 2016. Along with management, Clearview invested equity from Clearview Capital Fund III, L.P.
