Clearview Capital Closes Oversubscribed Fund III at $325,000,000

Five month process to reach the Fund’s hard cap

Clearview Capital today announced the final closing of Clearview Capital Fund III, LP (“Fund III” or the “Fund”), which was completed on June 14, 2013. The Fund closed at its $325,000,000 hard cap, well in excess of its $275,000,000 target.
