Based in Torrence, CA, QualSpec Group is a national provider of mechanical integrity inspection and non-destructive testing services for industrial facilities including refineries, petrochemical and other industrial facilities. QualSpec Group was formed to integrate All Tech Inspection (platform), IESCO, T.C. Inspection and Hawk Rope Access.

The platform transaction closed on October 29, 2008. Along with management, Clearview invested equity from Clearview Capital Fund II, LP and its affiliates.

Clearview sold QualSpec Group on July 7, 2015.
