The company’s founders and key management continue to lead the business and retain a significant equity stake. The investment by Clearview provides additional capital to support the company’s growth initiatives.

The platform transaction closed on August 9, 2021. Clearview invested equity from Clearview Capital Fund IV, LP and its affiliates, alongside senior members of LTC Ally’s management team.
