The investment by Clearview allowed the company’s founders to retire from the business and to facilitate a leadership transition to longstanding members of the management team.  The founders also sought to retain a meaningful equity stake while also allowing other members of the team to become equity owners in the recapitalized company.

The platform transaction closed on April 14, 2023. Clearview invested equity from Clearview Capital Fund IV, L.P., Clearview Capital Fund V, L.P. and their affiliates, alongside the company’s founders, senior members of Capitol Services’ management team and the company’s mezzanine lenders.
