Headquartered in Metairie, LA, Capitol Imaging Services is a leading provider of outpatient diagnostic imaging services. With more than 40 freestanding locations in AL, FL, LA, MS and TX, the company offers patients a range of modality capabilities, including MRI, CT, PET/CT and mammography scans in addition to others. The company was founded in 2013 and built predominantly through acquisitions to become the largest outpatient imaging platform in the Gulf South region at the time of Clearview’s acquisition.

The investment by Clearview allowed the company’s owner to recapitalize the business and provided additional capital to support the company’s acquisition growth initiatives.

The platform transaction closed on October 1, 2020. Along with management, Clearview invested equity from Clearview Capital Fund IV, LP and its affiliates.
