With 57 freestanding locations in AL, FL, GA, LA, MS and TX, the company offers patients a range of capabilities: MRI, CT, PET/CT, and women’s health imaging including mammography, ultrasound, and biopsies. The company was founded in 2014 and built predominantly through acquisitions to become the largest outpatient imaging platform in the Gulf South region.

The investment by Clearview allowed the company’s owner to recapitalize the business and provided additional capital to support the company’s acquisition growth initiatives.

The platform transaction closed on October 1, 2020. Along with management, Clearview invested equity from Clearview Capital Fund IV, LP and its affiliates.
