On a combined basis, TC-Hawk represents one of the largest independent providers of inspection and non-destructive testing services to the energy sector in Northern California.
The investment by Clearview represents the firm’s third foray into the inspection and testing services arena. Clearview invested in All Tech Inspection of Corpus Christi, TX in October 2008 and IESCO of Torrance, CA in October 2009.

TC-Hawk, IESCO and All Tech will operate independently and keep intact their existing management teams. Collectively, the companies represent the largest independent, U.S.-based, non-destructive testing firm providing resident, turnaround and advanced NDE inspections to refineries, chemical manufacturers, power plants and utilities throughout the U.S.
