Clearview Capital Announces Promotions, Adds New Employees

Old Greenwich, CT, January 23, 2008- Clearview Capital, LLC of Old Greenwich, CT is pleased to announce promotions to Partner of William F. Case, Jr. and Paul M. Caliento, and Matthew Blevins to Associate.

William F. Case, Partner
Bill joined Clearview as a Vice President in 2002. Bill is actively involved in Clearview’s new investment efforts and works closely with portfolio companies seeking to expand through acquisitions or organic growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Clearview, Bill was with Huntington Holdings, a boutique merchant bank based in Los Angeles. While at Huntington, Bill was involved in more than 25 transactions for companies in a variety of manufacturing, service and distribution industries.

Paul M. Caliento, Partner
Paul joined Clearview in 2006 as a Principal from Flackman, Goodman & Potter, PA, a regional audit, tax and consulting firm, where for six years he was the lead partner in charge of M&A Transaction Advisory Services. At Clearview, Paul concentrates on new investment efforts and employs his operational, accounting and tax background to Clearview's existing and potential portfolio companies.

Matthew Blevins, Associate
Matt is responsible for reviewing and assessing specific deal opportunities and providing support for the fund’s senior professionals.

Prior to joining Clearview, Matt was employed by Deloitte & Touche USA, LLP, where he worked as a Senior Consultant in the corporate strategy group in their New York office.

New Employees

Clearview Capital welcomed the following employees to our team in 2007: James C. Tucker, VP, Business Development and Melissa Grande, Marketing Assistant.

James C. Tucker, VP, Business Development
Jim established the Clearview office in Chicago which covers the Great Lakes Region, where he will leverage his over 30 year career in commercial banking to seek investments in lower middle market companies. Jim was most recently with LaSalle Bank, NA for 13 years as a Senior Vice President. At LaSalle Jim was a Division Head and a member of the Leveraged Finance Group. Prior to joining LaSalle he was with American National Bank & Trust Company of Chicago (now part of JP Morgan Chase) for 18 years. While at American he started their Corporate Finance Group and SBIC.

Jim holds a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University and a MBA from the University of Chicago.

Melissa Grande , Marketing Assistant
Melissa Grande joined Clearview Capital as a Marketing Assistant. Prior to joining Clearview, Melissa worked as a Wealth Management Associate for the Financial Planning Group of Wachovia Bank in Greenwich, CT.

Melissa holds a BA in Communication Studies from SUNY Oneonta and is working towards her Masters Degree.
