Clearview Capital Hires New Vice President

Clearview Capital LLC, a private equity firm based in Old Greenwich, Connecticut, today announced that William F. Case, Jr. has joined the firm as Vice President.

Prior to joining Clearview, Mr. Case served as an Associate with Huntington Holdings, a boutique merchant bank based in Los Angeles. Mr. Case has six years of mergers and acquisitions experience and has been involved in over 25 transactions for middle market companies in a variety of manufacturing, service and distribution industries. Mr. Case received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Union College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
