GCR offers a broad range of consulting services that help clients gather, analyze and apply information, from custom developed software solutions to information management and other professional services. The Company has developed specific expertise in the aviation sector, which makes up approximately one-third of its business and is growing. The remainder of the Company’s customer base includes a broad array of public sector clients, primarily at the state and local level, as well as law firms, utilities and other commercial clients.

The transaction closed on December 31, 2011. Along with management, Clearview invested equity from Clearview Capital Fund II, LP. Senior debt was provided by JP Morgan Chase.
